How to Recover Lost Notes from iPhone,iPad After iOS 9 Upgrade

iPhone device is every common user and upgrading it has become the trend. Well this is good, walking step by step with the technology is a not a bad idea. I got my iPhone 6 and upgrade it to 9 I was very happy while upgrading it but unfortunately I wasn’t able to restore my notes in iTunes backup.  I didn’t have its backup I was very disappointed tried all the possible way to restore it but nothing worked.
